More about my prayer need for my marriage.....
Short Version:
Hope and I were married 12/23/05. We had huge challenges of finances, employment and mixing our families, but we were doing ok clinging to Christ as much as each other. Hope has suffered huge fear issues as a child and adult. Part of her falling in love with me was that I was a dragon slayer for her. Somehow (without any of the typical things that destroy marriages, please trust me) I became a dragon in her eyes. She asked me to leave for a week in September 2006 and we have been separated ever since. Last week Hope sent me divorce papers. (she is in MN) I am convinced that she is the Proverbs 31 woman that I married, but that the great deceiver has her tied up in fear in his lowly and devious attempt to destroy our testimony, marriage and ministry. (We are called to build a 4Hope ministry) Spiritual warfare is masking God's truth from Hope. Please help me set her free from the bounds and bindings of her fear with your petitions of prayer to our Almighty God. (we can do this..............no, HE can do this!!!!!!)
Prayer Request: Please pray for Hope and Mike's marriage: a) For TRUTH, b) for angels to war against the principalities and for c) our God's will, in Jesus' name.
Please send this to anyone who might pray with us. I am recruiting all comers. I hope it goes out across the country and the world. I have been commanded to keep loving her and to fight for her .............. I am recruiting a prayer army ........ I thank you in advance for your efforts of support.

I have now been on here for seven months......who would have known.....but God did.
The courts said we were divorced in April 2008, but God never changed His instructions to me to keep loving Hope and that it was not over.
Since then there have been many directives, encouragement and coddles along the way. I know a breakthrough is coming..........not that I am so smart or confident, but I know what God has told me. I would bet my life on it. I never wanted a big thread or a public forum, but God is going to use it......just watch and see ;o)
Funny, I came on here seven months ago "calling all prayer warriors" in a single desperate prayer for my marriage. Then 500 prayers (for others) later I became the very thing I had sought......a prayer warrior. Now as of last week, I am moderating the "Marriage & Family" forum for PrayWay founders Eric & Melissa.
We worship a God that can do anything. He will use you if you offer and are sincere. Watch out..........its the thrill of a lifetime!!!
