PrayWay Terms of Service
We deem this prayer ministry to be governed by God, and we will attempt to manage it in a way that would be honoring to Him. There are a few rules and regulations we have put in place to help maintain unity and order in this online community.
While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence they will not be held liable.
You agree not to hold PrayWay, it's owner(s), administrators, moderators, or members liable for anything, and you hereby release and waive all rights to bring or hold any such liability against said parties.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
There shall be NO solicitation of PrayWay members for any reason whatsoever by outside parties or members themselves. A solicitation is an offer to sell you something, give you something, or a request for information of some sort. If you receive a solicitation sent through the PrayWay messaging system, or via an email which references your PrayWay membership or involvement, or from a PrayWay member, please forward the entire message to: admin (at) prayway.com. You should be aware that there are scam artists who seek to exploit the vulnerabilities and needs of members in communities such as this one.
The PrayWay administration and staff may at times solicit members for special causes. Such solicitations will be done through the PrayWay site, or official mailing list. If you have any questions about a particular offer or request, please contact us.
You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. All submissions (posts) become the sole property of PrayWay owner Eric Holmlund and can be reproduced in any form at the discretion of the owner. No portion of this site may be reproduced in any form without written permission of the owner.
